2. Technical User Requirements

For successful processing and download, the user must follow these guidelines:

• Keep Tab Open: You must keep the browser tab open until the processing is finished and the file is downloaded. Closing the tab interrupts communication with the server and invalidates the transaction.
• Download Permissions: It is the user's responsibility to ensure the browser has permission to perform automatic downloads. Pop-up blockers may prevent the HD image from saving automatically.
• Temporary Links: Processed images are removed from our servers after download to ensure your privacy. We do not guarantee permanent storage.

3. Service Description

UpImg AI provides AI-assisted image editing tools, including background removal and resolution enlargement (4K Upscale). We do not guarantee identical results for all photographs, as output quality depends directly on the quality and lighting of the input file provided by the user.

4. Permitted Use

You are free to use processed images for personal or commercial purposes. However, it is strictly forbidden to use our platform to process images containing illegal or abusive content, or content that violates third-party copyrights.

5. Limitation of Liability

UpImg AI is not responsible for losses caused by user internet connection failures, accidental tab closures, or antivirus settings that prevent the tool from functioning correctly in the client's browser.
